Scented with notes of Bing cherry, raspberry jam and wild mint, there are savory aromas of shitake mushrooms, sage, and lavender. This wine shows the classic characteristics of this coastal AVA: salinity and mineral notes from the presence of fog off the Pacific Ocean with cherry cola raised aromatics. Deeply textured with soft tannins and an elegant, lifted finish.
