At Beverage Warehouse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all bottles are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that perishable items may require expedited handling.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned beverages, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5 business days.
