Cuvaison Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a playful combination of lemon verbena, lychee, and fresh grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, the wine shimmers with bright acidity, buoyed by lime, white peach, and lemongrass with a mineral finish. Our Sauvignon Blanc is 100% fermented in stainless steel to focus the primary fruit, and mineral notes. While the wine is aged on its lees, we gently stir them to enhance the weight and richness of the mouthfeel.
